After first being published in DAISY Magazine at the ripe old age of 7, Nichole never dreamt of any other career.
After graduating from Omaha North, she became a DINFOS trained killer for the U.S. Air Force.
An avid mystery reader from a young age, Nichole has devoured Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allen Poe, and Agatha Christie. She has also had an ongoing fascination with the supernatural everything from angels and spirits to ghosts and hauntings.
It’s only natural that she combine her two interests to create mysteries with a paranormal twist.
She lives in the Black Hills of South Dakota, where her day job involves coming up with words for other people to say.
When asked if she’s ever really seen a ghost, Nichole often just smiles. She will, however, admit to being a pretty dang good tarot card reader.
Nichole loves to travel! When she’s not writing, she can be found reading, knitting socks, drinking coffee, eating chocolate, or spending too much time online — often planning her next trip. She also listens to a lot of podcasts and would love to hear your favorite.
Nichole currently has two mysteries published and has short stories in a number of anthologies. She’s working on the third Cerri Baker novel and the first in the Allison Weber series.
She’s a member of the Black Hills Writers Group and Sisters in Crime.
